꒰ Firstly habits!! Take a vitamin consistently! Some people prefer to find one that works best for them, but one I recommend is B12 or any B complex, it turns food into energy and helps give your body everything it needs + keeps my skin clear.

꒰ Drink water!! It’s probably annoying hearing it all the time BUT ITS TRUE! Aim for 3 bottles of water a day, it helps debloat ur body because it flushes fluids that get built up in cells + helps get rid of cravings if you drink in the morning and b4 dinner

꒰ Saving your food!! You don’t have to finish all at once, I usually wait as long as I can till I know I should eat but I try avoiding heavy restriction so I don’t get binge urges.

  6. #6

꒰ LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! Idk how much I can stress this, but learn the signs you and your body give when you need to eat, it regulates hunger cycles and keeps you from being miserable.

+ you don’t need to force yourself to believe you don’t need to or shouldn’t eat, understand we all eat and it is inevitable so it’s better to be in control when it happens

꒰ workouts!! I don’t workout anymore but I used to do bear with me, here’s my small break down.

  9. #9

꒰ These arm + back workouts! Genuinely life changing, I don’t even need to do them anymore they worked soo well, anything similar would work tho I’m sure. They made me boney which I LOVED + didn’t take energy so I just did them in bed!

  10. #10

꒰ These lazy girl ab workouts! I’d do these maybe 2-3x a week for a month or two and they worked soo fast but aren’t heavy so they’re good if you have low stamina!

  11. #11

꒰ Mindset!! People tend to think dieting is a temporary thing, it my issue with that is you’re going to return back to old habits once you’re “done”. So genuinely listen to your body and eat with common sense.

  12. #12

+ Don’t eat something high cal if you know you don’t need it and could pick something else, and don’t restrict if you know your body can’t push through because you need to make lifestyle changes, even the tiny ones help, it’s consistency!

  13. #13

+ If you’re going to diet go for things that fit your schedule, me personally I omad when I can, I eat when I get home from school bc im STARVING but it keeps me full by the time I go to bed.

  14. #14

꒰ Fasting!! I don’t fast much anymore unless I know I should, but go for lower ones so that you can do it consistently. I recommend 14-20hr fasts, more or less depending on how much I eat in between and how much energy I have to do it.

  15. #15

꒰ Lastly small habits!! Tea (any of your preference), steps (at least 3k to maintain), sleepᶻᶻ( important for energy + hunger so aim for 7+ hours!), fiber (wether it be fruits or vitamins, just get your fiber, it’s CRUCIAL!!!)

꒰ Okay that’s the end!! ꒱ ⊹ ˚ . Sorry if it was bad it’s my first time making one of these, but I swear they work I’m not signing anyone up for failure!!
