1- changing rooms hw: i cried in changing rooms bc sometimes there weren’t clothing sizes for me. I wasnt THAT big but in my country clothing sizes are rlly small lw: i felt powerful, euphoric. I felt so proud of myself. Everything used to fit or was to big on me+

+and it made me feel so delicate and dainty. I could see my bones poking through my skin, truly felt pretty for the first time in my life. cw: i hate the way my body looks after gaining weight back. Looking average is awful. Not fitting into the smallest size+

+makes me feel as if a lost some kind of battle. Its not as bad as my heaviest, yet it doesnt feel as magical as my lowest.

2- how people treat u hw: i didnt draw much attention. It always felt like there was smth off abt me. Like i wasnt “normal” like the other girls. I wasnt pretty either. lw: people started getting worried abt me. Even a professor aproached me bc he was too worried abt me.+

+I stopped getting catcalled in the street. The only compliment i got was “wow, u are so skinny now”. I wasnt pretty, i was js skinny cw: people tell me im pretty, that i look rlly good, but i rlly dont believe them. Theres something abt being js “pretty” or “average” that+

+throws me off. No one rlly tells me im skinny anymore, and that hurts. Tho this weight is how im best perceibed and treated

3- therapy hw: i got a lot of questions abt if i thought abt being disordered, if i wanted to be thin. It was like if being fat meant i should want to be thin and start having disordered behaviour. lw: my therapist was worried abt me bc she thought i was too focused on my weight

cw: theyre worried abt me bc they think im too focused on my weight and is taking a toll in my life. But since my binging started and i gained lots of weigh, wl started seeming like a positive thing for my nutritionist.
