    He was in agony. It’s basically a hernia mixed with some other issues and all the poop is back up. He’s struggling to eat. Peeing was even an issue. That could have killed him (2/7)

    Yesterday he took a big turn for the worse. Despite not being ready for his operation we had no choice. It was either lose him or take a chance on the operation. Not an easy decision at all… (5/7)

    He went under the knife today. I’ve been worried sick all day but after 4 hours in surgery he made it. I heard skin grafts and other things mentioned. The vets told me it’s still a very dangerous time and recovery will be slow (6/7)
