Is anyone else constantly scared of doing something wrong. Like I want to send a video to my friends and I copy the link and I have to check like 5 times to make sure its not secretly like a fucking animal torture video or something 🤐 I have more examples I'll make a thread

    - when I send an image I have to make sure I didnt accidentally attach something terrible instead (that I dont even have mind you. but what if I accidentally do have it) - when I drive I get scared that im on the wrong side of the road

  3. #3

    - every time I post something I have to reread it like 10 times just in case I accidentally said a slur or something along those lines - worried I might be accidentally streaming my screen and everything I do is being watched

Is there a word for this and can I make it not do this
