🚨BREAKING: The only eyewitness to ICE agents murdering 23-year-old Ruben Ray Martinez, has mysteriously died in a car accident… After he gave sworn testimony directly contradicting law enforcement’s version of the shooting…🧵
- #2
Joshua Orta, the sole eyewitness who publicly contradicted law enforcement’s version of events, died Saturday in a fiery crash after reportedly losing control of his vehicle, just one week after the 2025 ICE shooting was exposed to the public.
- #3
In that sworn statement, in September, Orta described the trip to South Padre Island as spontaneous and lighthearted. He said they were driving cautiously through traffic, in their proper lane, not accelerating dangerously, not striking anyone, and not posing a threat.
- #4
That directly contradicts the official narrative that Martinez entered an ambulance lane, struck an officer, and was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
- #5
According to Orta, when they attempted to turn around and leave as instructed, a trooper appeared to move in front of their vehicle instead of clearing the way.
- #6
He said a federal agent then fired multiple shots from just a few feet away without issuing warnings or giving Martinez any opportunity to comply.
- #7
After Martinez was shot, Orta stated that officers pulled him from the vehicle while he was clearly unconscious, possibly already dead, placed him face down on the pavement, and HANDCUFFED him.
- #8
He wrote that at least ten minutes passed before anyone attempted CPR or other medical aid.
- #9
He also said neither the federal agent who fired the shots, nor the other officers at the scene, had their body cameras activated.
- #10
Now, the only eyewitness, who challenged the government’s version, is dead.
- #11
So, to clarify… Ruben Ray Martinez is dead. Joshua Orta is dead. The body cameras were off. The family has reportedly struggled to obtain records. The official narrative conflicts with sworn eyewitness testimony.
- #12
There needs to be a full, independent investigation with every record released, every communication preserved, and every officer involved scrutinized.
- #13
It is time we start holding law enforcement accountable for their actions, before all of our rights are taken.

Jesus Freakin Congress@TheJFreakinC · Feb 20, 2026🚨BREAKING: ICE agents shot and killed ANOTHER U.S. citizen… and didn’t disclose the shooting for nearly a year. The shooting happened March 15, 2025, around 12:40 a.m. on South Padre Island. According to ICE’s own internal report, Homeland Security Investigations agents were “assisting” local police with traffic control after a crash. That’s the first red flag. HSI is a federal investigative arm, they’re not local traffic cops. They were operating under a Border Enforcement Security Task Force umbrella, at night, in a chaotic accident scene… and somehow, that turns into a federal agent firing multiple rounds through a driver’s side window. Their version? A blue Ford approaches the controlled area. The driver, 23-year-old Ruben Ray Martinez, “fails to follow instructions.” That leads to agents surround the vehicle, ordering him out, and he accelerates. An agent ends up on the hood, and a supervisor fires multiple shots into the vehicle. And just like that… another U.S. citizen is dead. But, let’s break that down… Agents surrounded the vehicle. Why? If this was traffic control, why escalate to ordering him out of his vehicle? Why was deadly force even on the table over a traffic redirection? Second red flag… the language. “Failed to follow instructions.” “Attempted to continue.” “Accelerated forward.” We’ve heard this script before with every other DHS shooting. “Didn’t comply.” “Boxed in.” “Officer felt threatened.” “Vehicle moved.” Over and over again, DHS frames fleeing, or non-compliant movement, as justification for lethal force. And here’s the part that should set off all the red flags… The agent who was allegedly struck? Was treated for a knee injury, and released. The U.S. citizen? Shot multiple times through the window, and died. So, we’re expected to believe that a vehicle impact, severe enough to justify lethal force, resulted in a minor knee injury… but required unloading rounds into a driver at point-blank range? Then we have even more red flags… The FBI isn’t investigating the incident, the local police say they didn’t fire, and the Texas Rangers are “reviewing” it… And DHS sat on the fact that a federal agent killed a U.S. citizen for nearly a year. And BOTH men in the vehicle were U.S. citizens. So, this wasn’t a cartel shootout or a cross-border gun battle, it wasn’t an armed fugitive situation. It was traffic control at the scene of an accident on South Padre Island. And if you’ve been paying attention to DHS shootings over the past year, the pattern is impossible to ignore. Agents escalate first. They SURROUND vehicles, boxing them in, and then issue rapid commands in high-stress situations. The driver then moves, sometimes trying to leave, sometimes confused, sometimes panicked. Then comes the justification: “He failed to comply.” “We were threatened.” “We were struck.” “We feared for our lives.” We heard the same language in Renee Good’s case. We heard it in Chicago, in LA… We keep hearing it whenever ICE or Border Patrol are involved in a shooting. Movement becomes intent. Noncompliance becomes a deadly threat. Fleeing becomes grounds for lethal force. Deadly force is supposed to be a last resort, reserved for imminent threats of serious bodily harm. So, why was firing multiple rounds into a driver, the solution during traffic control? Why was the vehicle surrounded in the first place? Why escalate redirection into a confrontation that left someone dead? And why did it take nearly a year for the public to even know a federal agent killed a U.S. citizen? If agents can escalate routine encounters into fatal shootings, and rely on the same recycled justifications every time, nothing changes. And if nothing changes, more U.S. citizens will die the same way… surrounded, labeled “noncompliant,” and killed. Until there are real consequences, there is no reason to believe this will stop.

This is what we keep see happening…
Jesus Freakin Congress@TheJFreakinC · Feb 24, 2026🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent pulled a gun on an unarmed man, who was running AWAY from him… into an apartment complex… in Austin, Texas. This morning agents tried to stop two men, who then ran. In the video, an agent couldn’t catch one man, so he pulls his gun and points it at another unarmed man, while chasing him through a residential area. That is not normal. Pointing a firearm at someone is a use of force. And courts have been very clear… you don’t get to threaten lethal force just because someone ran from you. Running is not an imminent deadly threat. And this wasn’t an empty field. This was an apartment complex… where innocent people, including children, could have been in the line of fire because an agent decided to escalate a nonviolent situation. The agent then tells the man to get on the ground, which he does… and as the man is lying there unarmed, complying, the agent still has his gun pointed at him. Only after another agent says, “I got it, I got it,” does he finally holster his weapon. So, let’s be honest about what we’re watching… This is what poorly trained agents look like when they believe there are no consequences. This is what happens when escalation is normalized, and drawing a weapon becomes instinct instead of a last resort. An agent couldn’t catch someone… so he pulled a gun. A pattern we keep seeing. And every time it starts the same way, someone running away. Running away is not a capital offense. It does not justify threatening lethal force in a residential area, full of families. It does not justify pointing a firearm at an unarmed person, especially when on the ground. When agents feel empowered to escalate situations like this, it signals something bigger than one incident... It signals a culture that believes badges override constitutional rights. Threatening deadly force, when there is no immediate threat, is illegal. And it has to stop. Because the next time an agent “can’t catch” someone, we already know how the story can end.

It’s time to realize what is happening…
Jesus Freakin Congress@TheJFreakinC · Feb 23, 2026🚨BREAKING: An ICE whistleblower says DHS is now graduating EVERY cadet… even when they fail practical exams and violate the law during testing. According to Ryan Schwank, an attorney who served as an instructor for new ICE recruits, it doesn’t matter how badly a cadet performs, it doesn’t matter if they ignore constitutional limits, it doesn’t matter if they botch use-of-force scenarios… DHS passes them anyway. The people being handed guns to patrol our communities… to detain, arrest, raid homes, and separate families… are being pushed through training regardless of whether they can follow the law in a controlled training environment. If someone can’t respect constitutional rights during an exam, what happens when they’re on the street with real power and no supervision? We keep seeing videos of unlawful stops, illegal detentions, excessive force, and agents escalating encounters they created… And now, a whistleblower is saying the standards were never enforced to begin with. He goes on saying when cadets would use excessive force, and asked why they did it, they would respond… because I see what we are doing in Minneapolis. He says, “It doesn’t matter what we teach them about the law if what they see… tells them that they can get away with things… But if they see the real rules are different than what we are teaching them, they follow the rules that they see.” This further proves it isn’t a staffing issue, it’s a systemic failure. When an agency graduates people who violate the law in training, when they don’t hold agents accountable, the public becomes the testing ground. And until there are consequences for leadership, our constitutional rights will continue to be violated.

This is what happens when agents aren’t held accountable for violating the constitution…
Jesus Freakin Congress@TheJFreakinC · Feb 24, 2026🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol illegally pulled over a car, and then assaulted, and threatened to tase, unarmed men. In the video, An agent is pointing a taser through the passenger window, while assaulting the passenger, and threatens to tase him if he doesn’t open the door. The passenger asks a simple question, why were we stopped? The agent responds, “You are here illegally, you know why.” No probable cause articulated, just an accusation. Then it escalates further… The agent moves to the driver’s side, opens the door himself, and yells, “When I tell you to open the fucking door, you open it. I’m not fucking with you.” He grabs the driver’s phone, demands ID, and screams at him to hand over his wallet. He then notices another person is recording, and the agent tries to grab that phone, too… stopping only because the filmer pulls it back and tells him not to touch it. The driver has his hands up and repeatedly says he is not doing anything. But, instead of de-escalating, the agent threatens to tase him and tries to handcuff him. So, let’s break down what is happening…

The shoot people, cause car accidents, and endanger communities.
Jesus Freakin Congress@TheJFreakinC · Feb 25, 2026🚨BREAKING: ICE agents caused a multi-car pileup in Newark, NJ… injuring a CHILD… after speeding through snowy neighborhood streets. This happened the morning after snow and ice covered the roads, causing hazardous conditions, as families were commuting to school and work. And ICE decided that was the right time to start a high speed chase through a neighborhood. Witnesses say agents blew through a light, nearly hitting a woman who was stopped at the intersection. They then slammed into a van… which triggered a chain reaction crash. A mother, whose car was struck, said her child had to be taken away in an ambulance, and the agents didn’t allow the person they hit medical attention. These weren’t cartel gunmen firing from SUVs. These weren’t armed terrorists. ICE has made a pattern out of high-speed pursuits, targeting people whose only alleged offense is immigration status… Which is a civil violation, an administrative issue. When federal agents drive recklessly through snow-covered streets and cause multi-car crashes, THEY are the public safety threat. How many more innocent people have to die, and children need to end up in ambulances, before someone admits this is out of control? Communities are being endangered so ICE can rack up arrests of people who are not violent criminals. And until there is accountability, this will keep happening.
