Instead of keeping Americans safe, the Biden DOJ weaponized its power against political opponents: conservatives, parents, pro-lifers, Christians, and most of all, President Trump. When President Trump returned to office, he inherited a justice system in chaos. Criminals emboldened, victims ignored, and the law weaponized for politics. He charged this DOJ with restoring integrity, accountability, and equal justice under the law. One year later, we’re proud to say we’ve turned it around. Win #1 – Exposing Arctic Frost This Department of Justice has exposed Operation Arctic Frost, an unconstitutional and undemocratic abuse of power by the Biden Administration that targeted not only President Trump but also Republican senators and organizations—including Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point. This conduct shattered the American people’s faith in government. Now, this weaponization of government is over—and make no mistake, there will be accountability for these unprecedented acts. We are reminding the American people that no one is above the law.

Win #2 – School Board Memo Rescinded On February 5, we rescinded Merrick Garland’s disgraceful memo that compared concerned parents at school board meetings to domestic terrorists. Parents have the right to be informed about their children’s education without being intimidated by federal law enforcement. The Trump administration will ALWAYS defend parents’ rights.

Win #3 – Record-Low Crime Nationwide Across 89 of the nation’s largest cities, murders are down nearly 20% from a year ago. 62 major cities now report declining murder rates. Overall, violent crime is down 12%, with 71 large cities experiencing reductions in violent crime. Robberies are down nearly 20% across the country.

Win #4 – Law Enforcement Surges in DC & Memphis Because of President Trump’s Making DC Safe and Beautiful Again, Washington, DC now leads the nation with a 28% drop in violent crime. In DC: 8,152 arrests, nearly 800 illegal firearms seized, and 16 missing children recovered In Memphis, TN, violent crime has decreased by nearly 20% after surging law enforcement at President Trump’s direction. Win #9 – Struck Decisive Blows Against the Cartels and Left-Wing Terrorist Groups At President Trump’s direction, the cartels have been designated as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs). This includes Tren de Aragua, Sinaloa Cartel, MS-13, and others that seek to harm the American people. FTO members, from foot soldiers to cartel leaders, are facing charges across the country. This DOJ will continue to use all legal means at our disposal to completely eradicate cartel operations on American soil. Under President Trump, Antifa has been designated as a Domestic Terrorist Organization. We have filed terrorism charges against several members of Antifa—and there are more enforcement actions underway. Antifa’s illegal operations are and will continue to be completely dismantled.

Win #10 – Minnesota Somali Fraud As @nickshirleyy’s excellent reporting has revealed, Tim Walz’s Minnesota is rife with fraud. To date, the DOJ has charged 98 total defendants—85 of Somali descent—in Medicaid fraud and related case programs. 64 defendants have been convicted so far.
