Thread: The Hypocritical Woke Right Exposed. A change in opinion is often a good thing. It shows growth, reflection, and the ability to adapt. It proves you're not blindly tied to dogma. But when someone does a complete 180 on multiple issues in a short span of time, it' not growth. It's opportunism. It's disingenuous. And in some cases, it reveals something deeper... A craving for relevance, attention, or control that borders on narcissism or even traits associated with borderline personality disorder. Here are several examples of those who are now known as being part of the woke-right and exposed for their hypocrisy 🧵:👇

1. First up, and predictably, we have Candace Owens. She started as a staunch leftist who hated Trump and tried to expose the right. Almost overnight, she became a conservative, a Trump supporter, and strongly pro-Israel. Now she is anti-Zionist and the complete opposite of who she once was. Here in a conversation with Gad Saad from a few years back, you can see her express her unequivocal support for Israel:

2. She even traveled to Israel and attended the opening of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem on May 14, 2018. It was the official relocation ceremony, coinciding with the 70th anniversary of Israel's founding. On X (at the time Twitter) she stated: "Amazingly, not a single elected Democrat is here to celebrate this historic event in Jerusalem, a bonafide signal that they do not stand with Israel. This snub will not soon be forgotten—not in America or abroad."

3. Things started to shift slowly allegedly after she married her husband George Farmer who is good friends with Andrew Tate. She started to express views that were increasingly more anti-Israel and she toned down her criticism of Islamist extremism. This led to her departure from the Daily Wire and falling out with Ben Shapiro.

4. By now many will be familiar with her unhinged posts on X or segments on her show "Candace". She now describes herself as an 'ant-Zionist' and pushes the same tired old tropes that are pushed by the left, calling Israels response to October 7th as "genocide" and "ethnic cleansing". And, she's even gone as far as labelling Israelis as the "children of Satan" 👇

5. It's not just her views on Israel that have changed. Here, she can be seen criticising Trump’s decision to potentially go to war with Iran, going so far as to encourage active-duty service members to defy orders and accept a dishonourable discharge based on the possibility that Trump might instruct them to take actions she personally opposes.

6. Next up is Tucker Carlson. The ignoramus has long been known for flip-flopping on various issues. Supposedly an America-loving conservative, he once interviewed President Putin of Russia and eagerly embraced Putin’s anti-Western rhetoric, which included Putin claiming that Ukraine and Poland are not legitimate states. Tucker was also once in full support of dismantling the Iranian regime, as can be seen here 👇 though those views quickly shifted and more of his hypocrisy emerged. theatlantic.com/international/…

7. In recent years, however, he’s done a full 180 on Iran and, in fact, on anything related to the Middle East. In the examples below, he shows his hypocrisy by trying to imply that those who support removing the Iranian regime are 'warmongers'. Rich coming from someone who once said 'Iran deserves to be annihilated'.

8. Here, Tucker Carlson can be seen vehemently denying that he is influenced, controlled, or paid by Qatar.

10. Tucker also conveniently forgets the meanings of certain words whenever he faces uncomfortable truths, like the situation in the Middle East involving Israel, where he has flip-flopped yet again. And unsurprisingly, he has nothing but praise for Qatar. Credit to @TheMilkBarTV for the clip 👇

11. Next, it's Alex Jones. To his credit, he has been a bit more consistent in his views over the years compared to others. On the subject of Israel, early in his career he expressed some support, citing shared values and its defence against perceived threats from radical Islam. However, his commentary has often included criticism, such as accusing Israel of exerting excessive influence in global politics, and even going so far as to push a conspiracy theory alleging Israel’s involvement in 9/11. In this example 'patriot' Alex Jones invites a literal terrorist supporting Islamist onto his show, because of their shared disdain for Israel. @CherylWroteIt comments on this perfectly 👇

12. Finally, we have Piers Morgan, although more of an "honourable mention" as he is not really right-wing. In fact, I don't think he even knows who or what he is politically. The one thing Piers does best though, and has consistently demonstrated over the years, is his compulsive flip-flopping on all major issues. One day he is bragging about being best friends with Donald Trump, and the next he is showing full support for Biden winning the 2020 election. Now he is back to praising Trump again since Trump won a second term as president. It's the same story when it comes to the current issues in the Middle East. I have lost count of how many times he has gone from claiming to support Israel to siding entirely with Islamist, terrorist sympathisers. In this clip, Piers can be seen repeating Hamas propaganda, pushing the narrative that Israel is deliberately killing children and that 50 percent of all those killed in Gaza are children. Never mind the fact that these statistics have been proven false time and again.

13. And of course, here we have an example of Piers Morgan rightfully being on the pro-Israeli side. 👇 The trouble is, as already pointed out, that it seems completely disingenuous, as he consistently aligns himself with viewpoints that contradict each other entirely.
