Another compelling argument. If Mizuki was a boy, she would be listed in the applicable characters for the Boy Band achievement, but she's not.

"but that title was made when mizuki's gender was still a mystery!" That's a good argument, but there should be a bit of a consideration that while that title was added a long while ago, the ones for APPEND difficulty got added when Brand New World came out.

Therefore assuming that the titles/requirements can be updated after they're added, if Mizuki WAS supposed to be a boy then they would have updated the requirements to list her as an applicable character after Ena5, and it wouldn't be that hard to do so. But they don't.

"but N25 also covered Lavie, a cover related to a crossdressing vampire, look at the clothing!" Ena is also wearing a skirt here (with safety shorts), but that doesn't mean she's male now, does it? Also, Len was purposely cropped out just to make this argument work.

"Ena's butterfly is fully pink, while Mizuki's is pink and blue, meaning she's a boy!" This is gender stereotyping, with the idea that "girls wear pink, males wear blue." If that's what this argument was supposed to be, An and Shizuku immediately contradict this.

"Mizuki's birthday falls on the same day as a non-official holiday named 'It's Tough Being a Man' Day!" This contradicts itself in the same sentence. This would be like saying I like horses because my birthday (July 15) falls under National I Love Horses Day.

This additional thread someone made last year has some bonus points that help the argument that Mizuki is female. Specifically for the people who claim that her saying "I dress this way because I like it" is an argument that she's a crossdresser.

This makes some good points but got a few details somewhat off so I'd like to clarify there since we don't want to have any weak points in our arguments that Those people could nitpick!

One of the ending lines of Ena5 is Ena saying that "Mizuki is Mizuki", which is basically a trans-supportive sentence. It does not tie to any argument that Mizuki is a boy.

The claim that Mizuki also doesn't struggle with the thought that she's a boy is also not true, as this is literally the entire story line of MizuEna5. Mizuki constantly worries about how Ena would react after she knows, and this was her reaction after being outed to Ena.

Additionally, one Twitter user pointed out that Mizuki has a small but noticeable chest in all her outfits post-Ena5. I don't think this would be the case if she was a boy either!

@Ellabi15 @CharlieluvsSKZ no its more like her really early costumes are completely flat while as of ena5 (thats the only one i got recently) she has a small but noticeable chest (images taken by yours truly, left is the older costume while right the ena5 costume)

Here's an additional post that shows times that Mizuki WAS called a girl or referred to with she/her pronouns.
