There’s a critical part of Yuval Abraham’s background that deserves scrutiny: his longstanding relationship with Hamas member Ahmed Alnaouq. In 2019, the two founded the Gaza-based media project Across the Wall together. Let's dive in 🧵

Alnaouq wrote in the Qatari outlet The New Arab about how he and Yuval established Across the Wall. newarab.com/opinion/across…

  3. #3

Yuval has called Alnaouq a "close friend and colleague."

  4. #4

Yuval took it even further and likewise described Ahmed Alnaouq as his "partner, not only is establishing [Across the Wall], but also in a political path." mako.co.il/news-military/…

So who is Ahmed Ahmed Alnaouq? Well, he's the VP, treasurer, and outreach officer of a Hamas front group called "Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor," which has been designated by Israel as a terrorist organization since 2015.

SCOOP: I've discovered that Euro-Med Monitor has actually been formally designated as a terrorist organization by Israel — since 2015. And nobody realized. Not journalists. Not myself. Not even the Israeli Diaspora Ministry, which published a detailed report on Euro-Med just last week following the Nicholas Kristof NYT op-ed. So what happened? Israel designated the organization under its old name, "EUROMID OBSERVER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS." The group rebranded circa 2015 as "Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor," and the old spelling made the designation invisible to any obvious sanctions search. It sat buried in the government's official list for ten years, completely undetected. The Swiss commercial registry makes the link unambiguous. Same organization. New name. Still designated. The original designation, issued by then-Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon, declared Euro-Med an "unauthorized association" under Israel's 1945 Defense (Emergency) Regulations. Under Section 101 of Israel's 2016 Counter-Terrorism Law, that designation was automatically converted into a permanent terrorist designation, with no additional process required. A terror front. Rebranded. Undetected for a decade.

You can see just SOME of Euro-Med's ties to Hamas in the embedded post here:

BOMBSHELL: EuroMed chief Ramy Abdu's brother is wanted by Italian authorities for his role in a massive Hamas fundraising operation. The best part? Ramy himself is named in the court filing for some highly suspect reasons, as I'm about to show you. Let's dive in, shall we? 🧵

One of Euro-Med's in-house projects is "We Are Not Numbers, which Ahmed Alnaouq leads. WANN's stated mission is to help Gazan "journalists" get their voices into international media. Alnaouq launched it to honor his brother Ayman, a Qassam Brigades terrorist who died in 2014.

The website for Across the Wall appears to be offline, but you can access archived versions of it using this link: web.archive.org/web/2023060100… And here is the Facebook page associated with it: facebook.com/profile.php?id… Perhaps there are goodies in there for us to find.

Forgot to include the images showing Alnaouq's roles in the designated terror group Euro-Med and WANN. Here they are.
