first, i wanna make a disclaimer saying that this was obviously not healthy and if you’re not already struggling with a disorder, do NOT try this!!!! scroll away now please<3

meals: i honestly ate a varying amount of cals each day, usually i tried to keep it in the 500-800 range but i did have one metab day each week in which i ate slightly under my maintenance calories. i noticed that 2 days after my metab days each week i would lose more weight

this was my first time relapsing after 4 years, so partial reason for why i lost so much so fast was likely bc of the sudden change in my eating habits and exercise

my biggest tip for eating is to not make snacks accessible!!! if you have a lot of junk and snacks nearby, it’s hard to resist, at least for me. i like to make a grocery list of specific items from the store that i make the same like 10-20 meals with that ik are within my cals

i only did about 4-5 24 hr fasts in the month too bc i’m just not good at fasting. i recommend dirty fasting if you’re also bad at it like me. this made me feel like i wasn’t in such misery lol

for tracking cals, i recommend the app my net diary!!! it makes it really easy to track if u have a food scale. i also have a smart food scale that tracks the calories and macros of the food selected

as for exercise, i literally was sedentary before this so it was a big change for me. i just started getting 10-20k steps a day. i found this really hard at first but its easy if u work ur way up to it

tips for getting more steps: find reasons to walk around ex. go to the mall and window shop just to get steps park as far away as possible and walk through each aisle in the store i do have a walking pad but i dont use it that much because i get dizzy easily on it

i pace around my kitchen and living room which is fairly large and i scroll on twt or tiktok which makes the time go so fast!!! if u get bored super easily, its good to split ur 10k steps into two! i usually do 2 45 min walks at 3.5 mph on my walking pad

or if u have a gym membership, sometimes i go there to do my 45 mins on an incline , and finish the rest at home later. walking after ur meals will also significantly help with digestion and help u get ur steps up really easily

my biggest issue was eating out a lot and constantly binging on food when with my bf or friends- to combat this, i always have a “fun” drink on me like a coffee, diet coke, green tea- anything sugar free to keep me occupied bc it’s usually just boredom
