    Adam Huntington and I stopped by the construction site for San Diego’s new “Toilet-to-Tap” public works water project, which they have decided to call pure Water, in truly Orwellian form. It’s currently $330 million over budget, and from the looks of it, will not be competed on schedule. If they were honest, they would have called it the Poop Water project, because that’s what it really is. Follow Adam @Adventuring_RE for more great content regarding the decay of our once great city
