From 2016 Vivek Oberoi aggressively promoted the Karrm Infrastructure through using the media platforms & this is going on even today. Be that his 2017 announcement to gift flats to the 25 CRPF martyred Jawans in Sukma or gifting home to an acid attack victim. All Fraud. 3/15

Reality of Karrm Infrastructure projects Karrm Gardens - sold to 471 families. Rate - 6-10 lakh. Possessions - Year 2018-20. Reality - Barren land, Grass some places taller than human. They basically targeted the lower middle class people who also dream but lack resource. 4/15

Karrm Panchtatva Phase 1 - 3 Kasgaon, Shahapur Sold to - 4,000+ families Rate - 10-10.58 lakhs Possessions - 2020. Reality - Phase 1 stuck at the plinth since 2018; Phases 2 & 3 are in the jungle. "We invited them in AC Car, Five Star Foid, Helicopter Ride" blah blah. 👇🏾5/15

They Forged NA (Non-Agricultural) certificates of land. Did Zero construction after collecting 30%–100% of the money. Secret loans taken in buyers names (Motilal Oswal, GIC Housing, etc.), most buyers discovered only when CIBIL crashed. Where was the Regulatory Body? 6/15

Karrm Residency Dhasai, Sold to - 3,140families Rate - ₹6–8 lakh Status - Half-built. Karrm Brahmaand Kelve Road, Palghar Sold - 5000 families Rate - ₹5–7.9 lakh Status - Not a single brick. Not this only, They used early buyers/staged vid to trap more victims. 7/15

In Karrm Infrastructure website - All there to trap a innocent public except Company details. Real Estate Regulatory Authority are supposed to safeguard innocents. But A buyer can get fooled easily as even today in Mah RERA website this Karrm projects are shown registered. 8/15

While the buyer's Money was diverted to directors’ personal accounts, foreign trips, luxury cars & Dubai properties Maharashtra police did nothing although FIRs since 2019. Finally the Bombay HC in Dec 2023 slammed Maharashtra Police and transferred all cases to CID-EOW. 9/15

Vivek Oberoi himself moved base to Dubai in 2023–24 and launched BnW Real Estate & Solitaire Diamonds LLC, valuation ~₹12K crore. The Directors of Karrm R Jadhav & M. Jadhav are also reportedly in the UAE. In March 2025 ED attached tiny ₹19.61 crore of Karrm property. 10/15

While Vivek Oberoi at first called it Mission 360, 5 lakh homes in 360 locations, while Karrm office shifted 4 times; phones were blocked; emails, cheque bounced. At least 3 reported cases of victims of Karrm ended their lives. yet Vivek Oberoi was never questioned. 11/15

Prabhuram Giri (60), a retired engineer, lives alone in an unfinished flat—no water, no power, snakes inside. He sold ancestral land to buy it. Under RERA ACT promoter Vivek Oberoi is liable for misuse of fund yet not a single summons so far while 11500 families on road. 12/15

Still the news channels inviting this fraud to promote his Brand built on the tears of innocents. This show 👇🏾 - just 2 months ago in @NDTVProfit Here while talking about his real estate, not once he mentioned about the Karrm but the new venture BnW Real Estate. 13/15

But news org like @dna are still publishing Karrm paid Ad as news. This published just 2 months back promoting Karrm Infrastructure. Do they not aware about the fraud? And after reading this report if one buyer search RERA will find it registered and become new victim. 14/15

Vivek Oberoi recently bought a Rolls-Royce ₹12.25 crore & with his family, incl father Suresh Oberoi updated on his Insta - while the victims of his real estate fraud are on roads. Who'll give Justice to them? He is no more an Indian Citizen living lavish life in DUBAI. ??15/15

I just got info - it is unsure whether Vivek Oberoi surrendered his Passport. However he has shifted to Dubai it was announced by himself. Due to this had some misconfusion. However for this I can't delete the thread now as it is about the crores of scam he did with innocents people.

I must acknowledge this info I first got from the YT channel @BehindThePromises I'm not attaching the link as Elunwa has commanded the X algo to limit reach if AC share 3rd party link. Reason when one share news link often it gets tanked these days. Search YT u'll get it.

@RahulSeeker @vivekoberoi it is true i live in kelwa village Karma Bramhand was big scam many families buys tha flat and got the free helicopter ride but nothing after even staff was not paid staff sold all the ac’s and computers which were in office

I too lost money in this fraud , nobody helped neither police nor politicians. Lost money and cibil destroyed for ever.
