3/ The Allegations In a lawsuit filed in January, Annie alleges that Sam sexually abused her throughout her childhood starting from the age of 3 (Sam was 12). These memories, she says, were repressed until 2020, when she went no-contact with her family.

7/ Sam's Response On January 7, Sam Altman, along with his siblings and mother, denied all allegations made by his sister in a lawsuit: “All of these claims are utterly untrue. The situation causes immense pain to our entire family."
